Skyview Social provides digital services that require time, strategy, and labour.
For this reason, the policies below apply:
Services

Refunds are not available once work has started or once a service has been
completed.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a 50% refund will be issued. Any
adminstrative or consultation fees are non-refundable.
Digital Products

Digital downloads, templates, or design files are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or accessed.
Consultation Calls

Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice will result in the session being non-
refundable.

Missed appointments are non-refundable.
Project Delays

Any delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines and do not
qualify for refunds.

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first
contacting Skyview Social. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in termination
of services.
