 Refind Policy

Skyview Social provides digital services that require time, strategy, and labour.

For this reason, the policies below apply:

Services

 

  • Refunds are not available once work has started or once a service has been

 

      completed. 

  • If a project is cancelled before work begins, a 50% refund will be issued. Any

 

      adminstrative or consultation fees are non-refundable.

 

Digital Products

 

  • Digital downloads, templates, or design files are non-refundable.

  • Due to the nature of products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or accessed.

 

Consultation Calls

 

  • Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice will result in the session being non-

 

     refundable.

  • Missed appointments are non-refundable.

 

Project Delays

 

  • Any delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines and do not

 

      qualify for refunds.

  • Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first

 

      contacting Skyview Social. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in termination

 

      of services.
